The deadlines have been postponed to June 10th.

You can register using our web form. You can pay your registration fee by credit cards (VISA or Master) or the bank transfer. The deadline of the regular (early) registration has been postponed from April 30th to June 10th, 2012．Late registration will be kept open until July 28th, 2012. The registration fees till June 10 th will apply discount rates.

This year abstract can be submitted separately. Abstracts of both oral and poster presentations should be submitted through above registration system from which you can download the template WORD file for abstract. The deadline of the abstract submission has also been postponed from April 30th to June 10th, 2012. You can either register or submit abstract in the first place. However, you need to register until June 10th, 2012 to make your presentation.

Maximum number of participants for Post-Congress Tour is 30 and early registration is required, however, you can make inquiry about seat vacancy and an advance booking via email before the registration.

Please perform a preliminary registration earlier than the launch of formal registration to indicate your interest of attending the congress by e-mail to

Those who make interim registration will be informed by e-mail about all news concerning the congress (e.g. launch and deadline of registration, fees, etc.), and added in the list of people planning to attend on the website. The list will be updated from time to time, which may help you to know whom you can contact in the congress before your arrival at Odawara in Japan.
